We're seeking experienced freight dispatchers to join our growing team. You'll work with owner-operators and carriers to find profitable loads and manage all aspects of dispatch operations.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of freight dispatching experience
- Knowledge of load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.)
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with dispatch software and TMS systems
Senior Dispatcher / Team Lead
Lead a team of dispatchers while managing your own book of carriers. This role combines hands-on dispatching with team leadership and mentoring responsibilities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of freight dispatching experience
- Proven track record of managing carrier relationships
- Leadership and team management experience
- Deep knowledge of freight markets and lanes
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
Night Shift Dispatcher
Provide 24/7 support to our carriers during overnight hours. Perfect for those who prefer night shifts with the ability to work remotely.
Requirements:
- 1+ years of dispatching experience
- Availability for night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM EST)
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable home office setup for remote work
